Therapy sessions may be covered by your health insurance or employee benefit provider. I am an "Out of Network" therapist and will not bill your insurance company. I can provide you with the documentation needed to be reimbursed by the insurance company. They may cover $0 to 100% of your bill. If your insurance does not provide mental health services, you should be able to use your HSA or flexible spending account for payment.
